You won,t be dissappointed, Great Location!

            5 of 5
Upon arrival we had to admire the decor (interior). Also, everything you needed was well explained in document supplied. The scenery and the privacey was very rewarding. Two words decribes this residence very well, relaxation and privacey!! thx..............Chris & Edna , Moncton, N.B.

            GULL COVE a TREASURE!

            5 of 5
We have never been disappointed in a rental from Home Away. Gull Cove was no exception, and surely ranks in one of our favorites, if not THE favorite in its category. Valerie and Hiram have put thought, energy, and work into providing every comfort for their guests. Everything was clean. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking equipment, utensils, and appliances. The beds are comfortable with excellent lights for reading, and likewise the greatroom and screened in porch with plenty of seating. Books and DVD's are ample and wide ranging. The owners provided excellent information: directions, arrival and departure checklists, and touring suggestions. The site is private, and the view is gorgeous with the changing light and weather. Although Gull Cove is a modern log cabin, the Island itself is a step back in time. We enjoyed exploring Campobello Island with no crowds or traffic! The music at Fog Fest was great, the Roosevelts' home and 'Tea with Eleanor' was a learning experience, East Quoddy Light was a challenge for us but well worth the effort. Fortunately the border wasn't a challenge: one to three cars each time we crossed! We recommend Gull Cove to anyone looking for a change of pace getaway!
