Best Place Ever for a Family Reunion

            5 of 5
Our extended family has been holding family reunions every two years for the last 20 years. This house was, by far, the best place we've found for our 20 family members. In years past, we've had to divide our group into 2 or 3 houses. This has enough room for everyone. The location is excellent near the southeast shore of Tahoe. You are close to Zephyr Cove, several beaches, horseback riding, paddlewheel boat trips out of Zephyr Cove and South Shore casinos. You are also close to Heavenly Valley and can see the resort from the large deck that wraps around the house. The house has 8 bedrooms so it was perfect for us. There is a large master suite with a deck as well as a nice bedroom with a private deck on the main level with a king sized bed. Some rooms have more than one bed and there is also a bed in the loft area so we had plenty of room and plenty of flexibility when it came to sleeping accommodations. With the bedrooms on several levels, it affords a lot of privacy as well. The main level has a large dining table, large fireplace and flat screen t.v. as well as plenty of comfortable sofas to lounge on and interact with family and friends. On the huge deck, there's a big hot tub, outdoor dining tables and a propane bbq with extra propane. The kitchen has everything you need in the way of pots and pans, plates and serving dishes as well as the usual coffee makers and other small appliances. There is an extra freezer and another frig in the garage. The small kids in our group spent a lot of time with their parents at the indoor pool and the older kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. There are hiking trails around the house which were great. All in all, there is something for everyone. All of our family agreed it was the best reunion ever and I think that was because we were all in the same house and it had a great location. Mark, the property manager, was great to work with as well.

            Wonderful Experience

            5 of 5
We stayed with a group of nine adults and the house was perfect: breathtaking views, a short drive from all amenities, and equipped with everything you could need. The home is very well maintained and the manager helpful. An absolutely trouble-free stay.

            Great House

            5 of 5
We used this house for a small church retreat. The manager was fantastic. He helped us navigate a last minute problem and did us a free favor when he did not have to. The house has three levels, and each one has its benefits for a group of several families. The family rooms and game room areas are spacious. We would not hesitate to come back to this place.
