Epic Ski-In Ski-Out or Summer Retreat!

5 of 5
Perfect ski in ski out place. Literally steps from the slope. True ski in ski out. Modernly appointed. Beautiful steam shower in MB for the absolute best après ski or pre ski sessions. Hot tub on deck overlooks stagecoach run, lift and lodge. Toast your friends on the lift or run from the comforts of the warm water and jets. Save $$$ eat lunch at the condo. No packing up to drive and hoping for parking at the lodge. Boot up walk outside and ride! I've stayed here during the ski season and in the summer. Not only is it the epic winter condo experience, it's fantastic for summer mountain biking and hiking. Start your ride right outside the front door, head up stage to pick up the Tahoe Rim Trail that leads to plenty of epic mountain biking. Heavenly has a huge mountain bike park in the works for the upcoming summer seasons. Look forward to staying here again. Bring on the Snow! A definite recommended stay year round.

Lovely property, great responsive host

5 of 5
Highly recommended property Living room: Warm gas fireplace, TV with playstation, Card games/Jenga available Kitchen/Dining area: Open plan kitchen with all the utensils, plates, glasses, cookware that you need. Good sized dining table, fits 8. Bedrooms: All clean and comfortably furnished Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, one smaller one on the first floor and a much larger one on the 2nd floor. Clean, with toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) and towels provided. Other: Gas grill, washer dryer, Host: Heather is extremely responsive and understanding. Great customer service. Things to note: - Apartment is on the top floor and not suitable for people who have difficulties climbing stairs. - Hot tub is a short walk away and not in the complex itself.

Best Place Ever for a Family Reunion

5 of 5
Our extended family has been holding family reunions every two years for the last 20 years. This house was, by far, the best place we've found for our 20 family members. In years past, we've had to divide our group into 2 or 3 houses. This has enough room for everyone. The location is excellent near the southeast shore of Tahoe. You are close to Zephyr Cove, several beaches, horseback riding, paddlewheel boat trips out of Zephyr Cove and South Shore casinos. You are also close to Heavenly Valley and can see the resort from the large deck that wraps around the house. The house has 8 bedrooms so it was perfect for us. There is a large master suite with a deck as well as a nice bedroom with a private deck on the main level with a king sized bed. Some rooms have more than one bed and there is also a bed in the loft area so we had plenty of room and plenty of flexibility when it came to sleeping accommodations. With the bedrooms on several levels, it affords a lot of privacy as well. The main level has a large dining table, large fireplace and flat screen t.v. as well as plenty of comfortable sofas to lounge on and interact with family and friends. On the huge deck, there's a big hot tub, outdoor dining tables and a propane bbq with extra propane. The kitchen has everything you need in the way of pots and pans, plates and serving dishes as well as the usual coffee makers and other small appliances. There is an extra freezer and another frig in the garage. The small kids in our group spent a lot of time with their parents at the indoor pool and the older kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. There are hiking trails around the house which were great. All in all, there is something for everyone. All of our family agreed it was the best reunion ever and I think that was because we were all in the same house and it had a great location. Mark, the property manager, was great to work with as well.
