The home was beautiful and had everything we could possibly have needed! We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the beautiful view and relaxing in the hot tub. Our only complaint would be that we weren't aware that the house next door was under construction. The workers arrived at 7 AM on Saturday and 6 AM on most of the week days and began pounding. Pretty hard to sleep through with such thin walls. They were on the roof which made it hard to use the master bathroom shower since it has a high window with not coverings. Other than that, it was a perfect location and we enjoyed our stay.
Many of the restaurants listed on a Google search have been closed, but we did find excellent food at those that are still around. The 19th Hole Bar and Grill has burgers as big as your head and very tasty. Los Lupes has great Mexican food and Peggy Sue's is adorable. Gregory's inside the Eureka Casino has great steak and don't miss Hugo's Hilltop restaurant for delicious seafood.
