Fantastic Property. Felt like home!

5 of 5
Great condo a very short walk from the lake...walking distance to stores, restaurants and Incline Village amenities. The condo was clean and very well furnished. Better yet, the owner was organized, and very responsive.

A real paradise

5 of 5
The apartment was one, if not THE highlight of our holidays. We had 3 days of snowstorm in which we couldnt ski and staying indoors was not only no burden, but it was also a pleasure. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with 3 bedrooms plus a den. The main bedroom is huge and has even got a jacuzzi! There was more room in the house that what we needed for our family of five (two adults and 3 children) and the decor was beautiful. Modern, in very calming colors, with all new appliances, and spotless. I would really recommend this place because it is a holiday in itself! It is ideal for skiers as it is located only a couple of minutes away from both Stagecoach and Boulder lifts. Heather was always available for any questions or requests and the welcome kit ( which included fantastic wine!) made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you Heather for a fantastic place, we hope we can come back soon!

We really enjoy staying at this property.

This place is situated in a nice location where we can easily get to the casino or some of the sites we wanted to visit. When we arrived, the condo wasn't quite ready for us but it was in good condition nonetheless. It was a bit dusty and a few things wasn't quite clean. Not a big deal for us as we were able to clean up ourself. Also, the condo look like it is going thru some nice upgrade, new windows and all. It has a great view of the lake from the dinning room table. As for the stairs, it can be quite a challenge bringing stuff up those stairs. There is, however, an easier path if you drive up the 2nd level parking and up to the gate that looks like a cell tower. There is a dirt path that takes you up to the fire exit and that's on the same floor as the condo. It's seems easier to us to drag the luggage a up that path instead of the stairs. I imagine that's be tougher during the winter months but since we went during summer, that path was perfect. The owner and the property manager, Amy and Clare are super nice. They make sure we were comfortable and were able to answer all our questions. The kitchen was well stock with pretty much everything we needed; all the utensils cooking pots pans all of them. We could've lighten our load had we known what not to bring. There is one place which is my favorite place to go and sit and enjoy a cold beer; just down one stair case and out the first fire exit is a nice peaceful place to look out at the lake. Someone left a lawn chair out there so we just use it. It was so nice to get away from my group even for just a moment! The private jacuzzi is also really nice. Unfortunately, it takes a full day to get to the right temp. Nice feature, nonetheless. We will definitely stay here again.
