              Wonderful!

The house is perfect for a family get away. The house offers so many bed, bath, and space to make it very comfortable for several families to stay together. (We had 4 families) The walk to the beach is a perfect distance. Not sure I realized that it is a "public" beach so anyone in the area has access. Not a huge problem, as everyone in the area is very nice. I may have just missed it in the other notes. We also really like the nice yard to play games in and the kids have plenty of safe areas to run and play. Just a note about cost of house, thought it was reasonable for the house and area. It is very easy to pay and Kevin was very quick to return the deposit. Over all this is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Our family had a great time. There were 7 of us and this house was big enough! We enjoyed the sunsets each evening, had hot ldogs and s'mores over the fire pit one night and were able to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. Yankton is just a quick trip and we had fun at the rib fest and having a beer at Ben's Brewery.
