Comfortable, large home with amazing lakefront!

5 of 5
What a relaxing, comfortable experience! We felt right at home with the amenities, cooked all our meals for 10 in the huge kitchen and couldn't stop looking at the view of the mountains and Flathead Lake. The yard is perfect for sitting outside. We enjoyed the fire pit each night, simply listening to the water and enjoying the serenity. Bedrooms are very nice and comfy. Two sitting rooms allow for plenty of space in case of bad weather. We are definitely going back next year!

Swan River Gem!

5 of 5
Wonderful house, wonderful location, wonderful owners to work with. What more can we say? Outstanding on every front, perfect home away from home for a family of four and a chocolate lab. Used this as a base camp for trips to Whitefish, Polebridge, Bigfork, and into Glacier. Coming back in 2015, enough said!

This is a sweet, comfortable little Bunkhouse in a beautiful setting. Our stay was not for recreation, so we had no sporting equipment but the parking and mud room would have accommodated most anything. The place is well-appointed, not lavish. We felt it was centrally located and private but not isolated. With the door to the mud room at the back of the covered parking it’s a perfect place to return to after a strenuous day. Rosauers Market about 20 minutes away had everything to satisfy our finicky tastes. Our only trouble was being so far north and visiting near the Summer Equinox, timing our dinners to sunset, had us eating around 9-10 PM. For us the Bunkhouse was both a great base for our activities and a gracious retreat in the woods
