Who wouldn't love it?

5 of 5
You will love this cabin unless you don't love the following: Warm and friendly people, a cabin that is an architectural masterpiece and proximity to the most beautiful county in the continental U.S. For you city dwellers who don't like to get wet or dirty, there are endless no-blisters tourist treasures from Glacier National Park to a few fine dining opportunities. You can see amazing things without ever leaving pagement. For those of us who came here for the best of what Montana truly has to offer, you are within walking distance of National Park backcountry trails. the Great Bear Wilderness and the Wild and Scenic Middle Fork of the Flathead River. The owners, Gary and Theresa are unforgettable folks who obviously live here because this is where they want to be. Spend some time with them here and they may infect you with their warmth and their enthusiasm for this last best place.

Great relaxing vacation

Great place to see all the sights of Glacier National Park. You are centrally located for both sides of the Park and we enjoyed the East side due to less visitors. We were able to have Capri and Shawn provide us the day ride on horses into the wilderness area. Beautiful scenery. Was able to watch them practice for an upcoming rodeo and our daughter was able to help with the horses. Friendly dogs which greet and welcome you. Very knowledgeable of the entire area and my brother from Cutbank enjoyed common friendships. We used the bunk house and main cabin. Great sleeping and restful. The buildings are off the main highway 2 and is quiet, surrounded by trees. Enjoyed waking up to the horses sounds. Enjoyed watching the trains from the cabin and did not even hear them at night. Sad moment when we knew that we had to pack up and leave after 7 days. Learned how to fly fish in the stream (Bear Creek) on their property, even caught some. The single bathroom, we learned to work around and got a schedule that worked for all. Friendly people who wanted our stay to be memorable. Thank you for all your extra efforts Capri and Shawn.

All I can say is "Wow". The pics they have posted do not do justice to the views you have from either of the decks. We had 6 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and with the breakfast bar seating everyone was able to sit down and eat at the same time without being scattered throughout the house. This was only for breakfast. The rest of the meals we cooked on the large gas grill they provided and ate on the patio where there were two complete outdoor table and chair sets. We so spent one day at the burn pit and roasted dogs and tossed the football around in the area they have cleared out by the burn pit. They had provided enough wood for us to have cooked out back every night if we had wanted to. The location was spot on. We were 15 minutes from East Glacier Entrance and about 40 minutes from West Glacier. On the first day there we were watching an elk on the mountain right across from us. Everyone enjoyed the tranquility and the amazing views from the decks. I almost forgot how helpful Robert and Sahm were. They had given us tips and pointers on places to go, rafting services, and guided trail rides (my son loved it all). I would highly recommend this to any family or friends that were looking for a place near Glacier.
