Nordic Haus

4 of 5
We had a great weekend! The home is so close to Ski Brule which is great! We brought up our snowmobile and the trails were easily accessible as well. We loved having plenty of room for our group to all stay in one home. We loved having a hot tub for relaxation after skiing all day. The home does need some updates, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. A dishwasher would be a bonus! ;) The shower does not have a lot of water pressure and the toilet clogged up easily. Some of the mattresses were newer in two of the bedrooms, but some were not comfortable at all. We have been staying in this home for many many years. But I think next year we may seek other options unless updates are done.

Great Place! Great Location!

5 of 5
I met my Dad and Brother at this vacation rental for a long weekend of fishing. The place was easy to find and very close to the Marina/Bait Shop/Pub/Gas Station. There is plenty of room to park numerous vehicles and trailers. The place was very well kept and fully stocked with the essentials (TP, paper towels, clean sheets and towels, cooking supplies, etc...). All of the utilities were in good working condition. The place has a lot of really cool decorations and is very comfortable. The Cedar River is directly across the road (CR 551). There is also a secluded state park/campground about 5.5 miles up the river. My Dad and I dumped the canoe in at the campground and paddled/fished back to the house. This is a great place to visit/stay if you are looking for serenity and tranquility. The surrounding area is also a great fishery (Salmon, Walleye, Bass, and Pike). The owner made the renting experience very simple and easy. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely return for another stay!
