The cabin was very clean and just the right size for our family of 5. Our dog Arty, a poodle, settled in nicely right away too-he sometimes is nervous in new environments. Hardwood floors and knotty pine walls added to the whole cabin affect. Although it rained for half of the time we were at the cabin, the kids and I had no problem finding things to do. I liked that there was a washing machine available, and cleaning supplies. The fire place was great and made it cozy when we were stuck inside when it rained. One thing I would point out is that the water from the tap is well water which is hard water. If you are not used to this you may want to bring a jug along from home. When you are arriving, you will have to look for the "Honest Injuns Tourist Trap," a flea market/antique store. The number marker for the cabin is hard to make out. We arrived around 4:30PM and we passed it twice. It's better to arrive in the day time. We hope to return again. It was so peaceful and provided the much needed rest we needed as a family.
