Great Place to Spread Out!!

4 of 5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful family beach house. Travelling with extended family - ages 6 to 80 - and this home allowed us to gather for games or meals and also allowed us to have privacy when desired. The teenagers walked to town for lunch a couple of days on their own. Easy walk and allowed them lots of vacation freedom. The beach is beautiful. You can choose to watch the sunset from the deck or take the stairs down to the beach. Neighborhood feel but the house is situated closest to the beach and affords perfect privacy. Susan was a wonderful contact throughout the rental and our stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing house!

5 of 5
The house is wonderful for a large gathering of people. We had 14 people stay for the weekend and everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor space is where we spent a lot of our time because the owners have made it such an inviting environment from the lawn furniture, beautiful landscaping and the wonderful fire pit. The owners welcomed us with wine and ingredients for smores which was such a lovely way to kick off the weekend. Our group would come back here in a heart beat. Also the inside of the house is well maintained and the living room area is great for a big group to gather indoors. I highly recommend!

Very cute!

4 of 5
We really loved sleepy Union Pier and this little cottage! My daughters adored the sleeping loft. The cottage is laid out very well to make use of the space - there were four of us and we didn't feel cramped at all, especially with the large and nicely furnished screened porch. The pictures and description are 100% accurate - it actually feels bigger than it looks in the photos. There's a skylight in the bathroom that makes the kitchen and bathroom very bright. The beach is beautiful, close, and not crowded. There is a restaurant you can walk to through the backyard that had very good food. Kitchen had plenty of functionality for us - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, an extra large toaster oven, and I think maybe an electric skillet, also a gas grill outside. I don't cook much on vacation, but you could if you wanted to. No dishwasher, stove or washer/dryer. The only thing I had a little trouble with was getting the beach towels dry overnight without a dryer or space to hang them in the sun - if you get your towels very wet like my girls do, you might want to bring two sets so one can dry while you use the other. Overall a very nice stay!
