Pretty little cottage, very nicely laid-out and furnished; spacious, open and well-outfitted kitchen. Clean and well-maintained, comfortable beds, plenty of extra towels and linens. Systems (heating, air conditioning, plumbing) work well. Private patio, functioning fireplace, hot tub, reliable wireless as advertised. A couple of downsides: (1) the listing and photo do not make clear that this is not a stand-alone cottage but rather the end unit a "triplex" whose sound insulation could be better: guests in the master bedroom could hear the crying baby in the middle unit and the yapping dog in the other end unit through the night; (2) location is great on a quiet street paralleling the lakefront: easy walk to 2 nice public beaches and a couple of restaurants, good bicycling - but the view and "front porch" experience are marred right now by major development/renovations on the properties across the street: denuded landscape, large trucks, piles of materials (bricks, paving slabs), lots of dust, sometimes noisy. All in all, though, it's a charming place, clean, comfortable and well-maintained, in a (mostly) great location, at a reasonable rate, and we'd certainly stay there again.
