My extended family (18-22 people) and I have enjoyed staying at this house for the last two summers. There are 3 bedrooms to the left and 3 to the right at the top of the stairs. There are beautiful views of the lake in every bedroom except 1. The right wing includes a second washer and dryer, living room and kitchen, which is nice when a little separation is needed for people keeping different hours.
The main floor is a pretty open space for everyone to gather and eat meals if you don't mind being split between the kitchen bar, dining table, living room, and deck table. The basement has another living room area with a ton of arcade games that seemed to be popular for adults, teenagers, and young children. The theatre room is easy to use and a nice place for big games (The World Cup was on) or movies.
The backyard leading down to the lake has a nice long grassy area that our 3 year old had fun running around in and kicking a soccer ball. There is a steep drop off on the side leading down to the lake so you just have to keep an eye on small children. There are plants that form a natural fence. The steps leading down to the lake are easy to get up and down- even when pregnant or carrying coolers and supplies for the boat. The dock is large and is great to hang out on even if you're not going out on a boat. The kayaks were really fun for just about every age. There are 3 boat lifts and 2 for wave runners.
I would definitely recommend this house.
