Some of our greatest family memories!

5 of 5
My 2 sisters and I, and our families, have stayed here three different times - this is a dream come true! Enough room for everyone, extra room in the basement, great areas outside, both shady and sunny - beautiful views! The beach area is wonderful - lots of sand and plenty of open space. Enough room inside to let the younger kids go to bed upstairs, the adults visit on the main level, and the teenagers hang out in the basement. The deck has ample room for everyone, including tables and chairs, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping and fragrant flowers. Outside of the basement, there is an extra parking area, too! We have often booked a year in advance because we wouldn't want to miss this vacation opportunity. Cathy H., Battle Creek, Michigan

Wonderful, nostalgic week!

5 of 5
We spent a beautiful week at the cottage at the end of July. The weather was perfect. The cottage is very nice, clean, roomy...with lots of character and great cottage decor...iron beds, painted antique dressers, beach-find collages....very relaxing. Nice views, lots of sandy beach for playing, shallow water out so kids pretty safe there. The steps aren't too bad if you plan ahead. The fire-pit on the beach is such a bonus...that was where we ended up every night. Two of the bedrooms are connected (great for the kids) and one away from everyone with the view of the lake..of course that was our room! Lots to do in the area if you are able to drive 10 to 20 minutes plus. A+++
