Awesome week!!!!!!

5 of 5
What a great piece of property Ryan has!!!! So close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Our cottage was so well stocked--paper towel, toilet paper, plenty of towels--kitchen and bath--spices, linens, etc----we had a bad storm one night and the outside glass top table shattered in the storm and Ryan was out first thing in the morning to clean up and replace it!! Now that is good customer service! Went and rented dune buggies for the sunset ride and that was sooo much fun--we brought up our own boat and it was very helpful when going to the "dune" side of the beach. We went putt putting, had great ice cream, lots of bonfires--with plenty of chairs for around the fire--enjoyed the pool--it was a 3 min walk away! Overall, I just want to say what a great vacation we had at this house--there was 9 adults ((2 of which slept on the pull out couch and one on the main couch)) two four year olds and an infant in a porta bed--a bit tight at times, but overall, it worked for us--two bathrooms with a shower in each definately helped. This was probably one of our best vacations together as a family in a long time--we also had another house with 8 in it and we walked between the two--or we biked on the "secret" trail--next time we will try to get two houses closer together--thanks Ryan for an awesome house!!!!

An absolute gem in the heart of paradise! Perfect!

Our group consists of several couples, all young professionals. The house itself is clean, stylish, and spacious, with plenty of common areas indoors and out for spending time with one another. The kitchen and main living area are perfect for entertaining indoors, with clear views facing west, right out over Lake Michigan. Wrapping around the kitchen and living area is a large deck, perfect for entertaining outdoors, and also with incredible views of the lake. In summary, the house does not disappoint at all, and compliments very well the surrounding scenery. As for location, this was by far our group's best rental experience yet. The house is nestled among the sand dunes, and it is just a short walk to a westward facing, soft sand beach - perfect for swimming, relaxing, and tossing a frisbee or football. We enjoyed perfect weather and the beach was a big hit for everyone - both all day and into the evening. In summary, everyone was thrilled with every aspect of the property and its surroundings. All in all, and compared to the other homes we've rented, there was not one reason for complaint by anyone in the group. We will return to the area next summer, and we'll certainly have our sights set on staying here again!

All I can say is this place is amazing

Our Family and friends have been staying here twice a year for the past 3 years. Its clean, giant new bathrooms, comfy beds,,,the porch is big you are surrounded by trees but still close to all the fun silver lake has to offer. I wouldn't consider even looking for another place to stay, Dan the owner is close by for needs you may have, he is just a great guy in general. Give this place a shot and you will not be disappointed
