EXCELLENT VALUE AND ACCOMODATIONS

5 of 5
Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo last weekend. We have three small children (8, 5 and 2) and they had plenty of room in the bedroom while my wife and I could relax and make use of the Murphy bed in the living room. The unit was clean, well maintained and just a minute or so walk from the pool and restaurants. This condo was roughly $50 a night cheaper than a standard hotel room booked through the property and came fully furnished and stocked. (this is really nice when you arrive somewhere and don't have to run out to buy toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and coffee filters).

COZY CONDO IN THE WOODS OF THE HOMESTEAD

5 of 5
Great stay for my wife and I over the 4th. This was a good home base for us as we traveled through M-22 wine country, Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes areas. Like is mentioned in the ad, you don't get access to the pool and other amenities at the homestead. The homestead also makes it tough for people to get to their beach if you aren't staying right on the sand. Not a knock on this condo, but just be aware if you are staying at the homestead in general. But, we never even had a need to use the pool or the beach because we were spending so much time at the state park beaches or traveling through the area, so this was perfect for us. Plus on this condo is that it is right by the entrance of the homestead, so you can walk to the homestead shops and you won't spend 15 minutes driving around the homestead property trying to get out. Finally, the owners are very nice. Never met them, but my wife and I forgot one of our pillows there. The owners offered to ship it back to us.

SOUTH HAVEN AT IT'S BEST!

5 of 5
Our off-season week long family vacation to South Haven was perfect. The rental experience was excellent from the first email to the welcoming treats in the 'renter-ready' condo to the prompt return of the deposit-thank you Harold. As regular visitors to SoHaven we enjoyed our favorites like Phoenix St. Cafe and Maria's and then hit the road to Fennville for a tasty Salt of the Earth dinner. The condo location is a short walk into town which we enjoyed many times. I was delighted to prepare lunch in the condo for friends driving through on their way home to the UP - Marquette [my husband's hometown] from wintering in AZ. The 'front row seat' -out the many windows -for each night's sunset is beyond words. Don't miss the Farmer's Market-no matter which season you're in town. The only sad part of our stay was saying goodbye when our week came to a close. We will return. With sincere appreciation. -Susan - Westfield, IN
