Clean, quiet and beautiful setting.

I rented this house for a couples vacation in the Fall. The location is perfect for visiting all of the wineries in the area. We were close to everything on the Leelanau Peninsula and short trip from the Old Mission Peninsula and Traverse City. We ended up having a few people cancel, so there were only 6 of us, but this house could easily accommodate 4 couples comfortably. There are four full bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, so we all felt like we had room to ourselves and there are two living spaces and a dining room to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was ample although we never did end up cooking. There are more than enough restaurants in the area to keep us well fed and happy. The house has its own beach area and the immediate yard is wooded, so there is plenty of privacy. It is definitely off the beaten path, but the road is paved and it is only about a mile off M-22. The house was clean and towels and linen were provided to us. The hot tub was a nice luxury and it functioned just fine. The owners kept in contact with us through email and left an emergency phone number for us if there was a need for it. The views from the living room and master bedroom were wonderful, even though it rained almost the whole time we were there. I wish we could have used the deck and and beach area more, but the weather would not cooperate. Hoping for better weather next year, since all of us a planning on making this an annual trip. Thank you for providing us with a cozy house to stay in!

Family Gathering

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is a nice house in the woods on the lake. I wish our shoreline had more sand and less rocks because brought up a float that we were unable to use but everything else was good.
