New Years Blast

5 of 5
We stayed at the condo over the New Years holiday. When we arrived, the condo was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a tree, candles, etc. We were pleasantly surprised. The condo had plenty of space for the 6 of us staying there. The main bedroom is relatively large, so a lot of the bags/other storage were kept there. Both beds were comfortable with cute decorations. The bathroom was larger than expected, shower water was warm. There is an extra mirror in the guest room that we took full advantage of with 3 girls on vacation and 1 bathroom. This came in handy multiple times. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed and the breakfast bar was very nice when putting out appetizers or in the morning. There are some games in the closet that we enjoyed over the vacation and we had a fire going at all times to heat the room. We loved the ambiance that the fireplace provided. We walked to the main lodge a couple of times (just a trek through the grass field across the street), which in the winter was a little longer than we wanted, however definitely worth it to catch the free shuttle provided by the resort to go to downtown Bellaire. You could easily see the New Years fireworks from this grassy area as well. We would definitely consider staying here again on our up north extravaganza.

Perfect Location

4 of 5
This condo was in the perfect location. The view was splendid and it was walking distance to the lodge, gym, spa, shops, shuttle, and the Shanty Bar. It was clean and comfortable, although it could use some updating. Downside is that even though it had cable, we could only get 6 channels. (Had to go to The Shanty Bar to watch the Redwings!) I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Great vacation

4 of 5
We spent our winter holidays in this rental unit. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room and a small balcony which is excellent for the summer time. It needs a little update but everything works great. We enjoyed our ski vacation and will be back again next season. A few small recommendations to improve the quality of the rental unit: - a larger(bigger) tv above the fireplace in the living room, - wireless in the unit, - two full size beds instead of twins in the second bedroom. Twins are good for kids. I had problems slipping in one of those beds. - the unit's owner should provide an ax for wood splitting. Using paper or fire starters doesn't do the job if you want to start the fire in the fireplace, the logs are two big. As usual, Jane, the manager, was excellent in helping us from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Thank you.
