Brought back tons of memories!

I actually grew up at this property from ages 8 to 18. My parents sold and retired to AZ in 1994. My family and I live in AZ now, too. We hadn't been to Michigan for almost seven years. Anyway, when I started searching online for a lake house in Muskegon, I was amazed to find my old house. I loved growing up there. Wolf Lake is the best and cleanest all sports lake in Muskegon. The house is excellent for entertaining and has one of the best beaches on the lake. Fortunately, I still have friends on the lake and one loaned me a big pontoon boat with a upper level diving deck. Did a lot of swimming in the middle of the lake! The kids caught a lot of fish of the dock. The best part was seeing the kids play outside from morning to night, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, campfires; all week! No T.V., phones or video games. And it was the best time they ever had! Already booked again for next year!

Perfectly wonderful memories for all.

From the moment we arrived and saw how clean the cottage was and how first class were all of the furnishings, especially in the kitchen, we knew we had made a right choice. We had 6 children with us, ages 8 and under. They loved the lake and nearness of Twin Lake park. With joke night, story night, smores night and fireworks night the firepit was greatly enjoyed. Lake MI beach, Dune rides and Grand Haven lights are just minutes away. We're going back in 2016!

This was a last minute vacation and the home was available. It is a very cute house with lots of room and decorated very nicely. I felt right at home. It was close to the beach at Lake Michigan and we walked there several times. It was easy to get to and a perfect location between White Lake and Grand Haven., We loved the fact that there was a fire pit in the back yard and sat outside and enjoyed the cool weather, a bottle of wine and a great fire. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay...I hope to do it again real soon!
