Bachelorette Weekend and Wine Tour

5 of 5
We had a fabulous time at the Lake Breeze beachfront rental home in Michiana, MI. A group of girl friends and I visited for a weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding -- we enjoyed the direct access to the beach, the hot tub, the wonderful huge deck, and the beautiful home. There was room downstairs to sleep six on pull-out beds, a room with two full size beds, and a gorgeous master bedroom with a king bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked several meals at home. I would also recommend the local wine tours -- we were able to book a five hour tour for just over $300 for all of us, a great idea if you plan to spend the better part of a day doing tastings. Could not have asked for a nicer weekend overall, or a better experience with a vacation rental. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend Away

5 of 5
We just got back from a girlie weekend at this cottage. This house exceded our expectations by far! The pictures do not give justice to how big the house actually is. There were 3 moms and 7 girls under 11 and we all had plenty of room. There is a very short walk to the beach where you run into all the neighbours walking their dogs and everyone is so friendly, they stop and say hello. The beach is breathtaking and its not overly busy. We had some of the best sunsets I've ever seen. Just an amazing weekend had by all!! Thank you so much Robert and Patricia xo

Michiana Shores Rental

4 of 5
We rented this property for our children and grandchildren to join us for a week. Upon arriving it was evident that we were the first to use it in quite a while. The house was musty and smelled of mold. We discovered the mold problem which was an old chest in one of the bedrooms. We removed it from the house, opened up the windows and gave the place a good cleaning with disinfectant. Our initial reaction was, wow, they could have at least aired out the place for us. However, after taking care of the airing out ourselves, we were able to sit back and relax and enjoy the area and the beach. This property is definitely set up for a family to use. You have to have the mind set that it is a cabin/house in a wooded area, thus there are going to be cob webs/spiders, etc. to clean and sweep away. The owner does a good job of providing the necessary elements, beach chairs/items, bicycles, toys, games, etc. to make a family enjoy their time. The village of Michiana Shores is a warm and inviting community. The beach area is great and accessible by walking or riding a bike.
