Even better than it looked

5 of 5
The cottage was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, modern, comfortable and spacious. It met or exceeded all the expectations of our family of five. While it is high bank (259 steps), the view from the edge is spectacular. Our 8-year old grandson had no problem going up and down. Access to the restaurants, grocery stores and activities in Ludington is quick. The new owner (Ken) was very hospitable and indicated that he soon plans to install a water softener for the only fault I could find: really hard water. I recommend the cottage.

"..What A farm Life..."

4 of 5
We stayed here last summer and we love this place! The owner has been helpful, answers all our questions, went out of his way to make our stay memorable and fun. The house is clean and the place was perfect for our group who never experience the farm life. We had fun with the animals who most us parents can't seem to agree on the animals behind the house. Anyway, our kids identified the animals for us.. The most important thing was our nightly rituals- bonfire with smores. All of us love it!... Jim S.

Perfect for a family!

5 of 5
This is such a cute house, has a well equipped kitchen for those who like to save $ by cooking, loved the Dishmaster :). Ludington has so many fun things to do and see, we loved the city beach and the house is situated perfectly halfway between going downtown to enjoy the activities or going up to the state park to enjoy nature. We had a great time!
