A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN AT THE UP

5 of 5
Your Lake House is beautiful and our trip was everything that we had hoped for and more! We were blessed with gorgeous weather for our entire trip. The Mackinac Historical Parks were very educational and rewarding for the kids (for mom and dad too!) The kids were great biking the 8 miles around the island. We took a lot of time to relax and savor our family time. Our boys had so much fun catching (and releasing) several tadpoles, frogs, turtles, snails, and snakes (eek!). Our daughter loves to read, and spent some time enjoying the hammock and a good book. And when she wasn't on it, I tried to be! ;) Each evening the sunsets were incredible, each one unique... all breathtaking! Couldn't have asked for a better place to call "home" for the week. Thank you!

QUITE GETAWAY

5 of 5
My husband and I have rented several vacation homes in the past. This one, by far, was our favorite. It exceeded our expectations and was very clean and comfortable. The view from the house of the lake and the surroundings are unbelievable. We had a list of things we wanted to do in the area, but only made it to the Soo Lock tour. The house was too nice to leave. The owners are very gracious and easy to deal with. I would definetly recommend this home to our family and friends, We are looking forward to an extended vacation here next summer with our children and grandchildren.

SUNSET COTTAGE

The cottage is comfortable and well maintained with all needs provided for. Our stay was an incredibly relaxing. The Hessel area is a beautiful environment for the family, and not far from the cottage.
