Pure Michigan

Gary, Had a wonderful time at the Chalet. Weather stunk but we had time to share wonderful memories as this was the first time my brothers and I have spent a vacation together. Everything was within a half hour driving distance to where we wanted to go which made this an ideal location. Beds were warm and comfy even though it was wet and cold outside. We did have to restart the water heater as the circuit breaker was shut off but we figured the furnace man forgot to switch it back. Having no TV was a little hassle due to the big games being on but we took a short drive and found a sports bar to catch the games. It was nice though not knowing what was going on in the world for four days. I'd recommend your place for anyone who just wants to get away from it all and enjoy peace and quiet. I only wish that the fire pit was closer to the house even though the weather didn't permit us to use it. Deck was great for time outside though. Thanks again Gary for giving us the time we needed to reconnect as brothers. Hope we left everything in good condition. Tim Cassidy Waterville,Ohio

Very nice property.

Nicely decorated. Quality furniture. Furniture may be alittle too nice for small children--concern about possible damage. Access to lake was a bit disappointing however we spent most of our time on Mullett Lake and only swam once at lakefront. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The property was a duplex and the owners of the other side of the duplex were staying next door. You couldn't ask for better neighbors! The property was clean and fully furnished with the exception of sheets and towels as instructed. You can't beat this place for the price. This is a cabin, it's not the ritz but it was absolutely perfect for us! Close to town and activities. The kids went swimming and everyone went fishing. We really enjoyed our stay.
