Forever Love Drunk on Vista Celeste

                                      5 of 5
I really am hard put to find words that will do justice to the perfection of Vista Celeste - nevertheless, here goes ? If tranquility were a drug, Vista Celeste would be her name ...[and we're currently experiencing withdrawals of a gargantuan proportion]... ...from the moment you walk in her gates, you're awash with blissful serenity - amplified ten fold by the mandatory 3hr infinity pool experience that follows. Her interior is immaculate, this lady's got the goods and isn't shy about sharing them... ...everything you could ever desire or require, from speedy//reliable internet, a bells and whistle kitchen [hello tortilla warmer!], to every TV channel known to man [well, myself at least] - her beds are comfy, her poolside lounges even more so. Vista Celeste epitomises attention to detail, we didn't want for a single thing our entire time there [other than for more time of course ;) ] Nils & Denice, the Owners are amazing to deal with, both so helpful and welcoming - no question too big, nor too small. Additionally, their team -Kim [Property Manager] is super efficient//prompt and Abel [Handyman//Jack Of All Trades] equally as so. If you manage to drag yourself away from Vista Celeste's loving embrace, San Pancho is chock full of welcoming smiles, assorted and varied supplies, not to mention restaurants and cafes to suit all appetites [I follow a plant based//vegan diet and not only were there restaurants with options for me as a staple on their menus, but even the unlikeliest of food purveyors were more than willing to assist with specifically tailored meals] Needless to say, we're head over heels & infinitely love drunk on her memory - cannot wait to see her again and fill the gaping hole she's left in our hearts.

                                      Delicious

                                      5 of 5
I loved the food at Villa Violeta. I loved everything, but I'm a foodie and the staff cook provided excellent cuisine for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Fresh fish, caught that morning transformed into ceviche, plus buttery fillets for the evening meal--the most savory traditional Mexican recipes, easy gringo eggs and bacon, everything I could have asked for and more. Plus tasty and perfectly potent cocktails with top shelf liquor served in noteworthy authentic ways. Dining at the outdoor deck was beautiful and the service was excellent. The kitchen staff was professional and courteous and helpful and friendly. They even created a special celebratory evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and fireworks at the beach one evening topped by kick-ass mariachis! Gracias A Dios! What a fiesta! My beds were extremely comfortable. I stayed in the large casita on teh main floor and also in the adorable and cozy El Nidio. Soft, plush, elegant, rich bedding plus a mattress that made me sleep like a queen. I reveled in the cocoon-like tent netting around the bed in the casita. As well, the enclosed nature of El Nido comforted a deep sleep. The beach was a treat to share with the hot French neighbors on Sunday and then they were gone Monday-Friday and that was nice, too. Our party made use of the hammocks, the shade structure, the lounge chairs, the sand the surf and the sun. Its an easy jaunt to the local artisanal market on Sunday. Jessica, the helpful and gracious concierge, took us there and helped us navigate anything we inquired about. We surfed one day in Saulita and the waves were prefect for the beginners in our crew and also for the intermediates. Boards were easy to rent and at a very fair price. I plan to return in 2012.
