Excellent location with stunning views

5 of 5
This was exactly what we had hoped for and more! It is roomy and accommodated everyone well. The views are spectacular and having the pool literally steps from the front door was awesome as we had 3 teenagers with us. The pool is inviting and not crowded at all. We had it to ourselves most the time. The terrace is what sold me on this condo and it didn't fail. The views are spectacular and it is a whole living area unto itself. The hike up the hill is a workout but was enjoyable to see the sights. Marcia was so communicative and easy to work with. We really hope to return again. The property is well maintained and the condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Only recommendation is additional sharper knives and serrated steak size knives. Other than that this was an A+ vacation and Zihuatanejo offered the relaxation we were looking for.

Absolutely Fabulous!

5 of 5
We were referred to this villa by friends with good taste! I am a frequent VRBO and villa renter and love staying in other peoples dream homes. Frequently - the biggest hassle with privately owned properties is lack of professional management and on site people who are not interested or committed to your travel needs - or are trying to shake you down for tips. The pictures and reviews of the Villa are accurate and show it is designer quality, beautifully decorated and in a prime location. I want to focus on the professionalism of the owners in answering questions, providing accurate and helpful information at the time of booking and throughout our stay and showing in this unit their love for the location and willingness to share the best with their guests. This was one of the best "managed" rental experiences I have had from start to finish. The Molina staff , management , and grounds were everything I could hope for and more. I try to get away every Nov. as our MN seven month winters begin. I will hope to return and bring other of our close travel friends to enjoy this wonderful unit and property. One out of the way place I will recommend for an amazing dinners is Tony's Hideaway. It is a 150 peso taxi away to a small town South of PV but the seafood and service were splendid. The French bakery right out the door of Molina is a great place for pastry and quiche and the little restaurant across from the bakery (Fantasia or something - a little courtyard place open 3-10 was another great dinner.) Beware of the Cadillac Margarita at the pool bar - it could make your clothes fall off! Donna - Jeff - Dan and Miguel

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PROPERTY!

5 of 5
We come to Puerto Vallarta every other year and have stayed in fantastic properties all over town - but without a doubt this is the nicest we have found. From the moment you walk through the front door you are struck by the large, open layout and fantastic view. The condo is on the hillside in Amapas, and overlooks Old Town and the ocean. It's a very easy walk to downtown and the beach. The condo has clearly been professionally decorated - this place could be on the cover of a magazine. The pictures hardly do it justice. The outdoor living area is enormous - it's not just a balcony - it's an indoor/outdoor kitchen, dining area, and living area. The home was very tastefully appointed - top of the line appliances, cookware, and everything we needed for a great stay. We ended up spending MUCH more time at the condo than planned, it was just too comfortable to leave some days. Pool is great - very good sun and most of the time we were the only ones there. The gym is nice and well equipped. Very helpful staff at the property - all of whom spoke great english. Highly recommended!!
