Our family stayed twice now at Villa La Cañada and had a marvelous time. It is like a trip to the golden age of Acapulco in the 1940's. It is an amazing example of Mexican Modern vernacular architecture with a great open spaces and amazing views for the family to spend the whole day. Wonderful service provided by Ricardo the butler. On both times we came with another family and enjoyed our vacation immensely. It is private and secluded but also close driving distance to the old Acapulco center and yatch club. Surrounded by lush vegetation, stone floors, simple but classy decoration from 40s designer clara porset and spratling. Great for art and architecture sensitive people.
