Great little community in perfect spot on the cape

            4 of 5
My wife and I decided to make a last minute trip to Cape Cod. We came upon this place on homeaway and contacted Audrey. Her and her husband were both super friendly and very easy people to work with. The camp was located right on the main street in Yarmouth. Great access to food, entertainment, and the beach. The amenities included pool, fire pit area, volleyball net, and free wifi. We loved staying here and hope to do so again in the near future. The only problem we had was that the wireless signal strangely didn't work in our cabin. Otherwise, everything was great. Definitely recommend to people looking for an affordable way to enjoy the cape!

            What a Great Find!

            5 of 5
Since we visited in the off-season, we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities like the pool, but even so this was a great experience. The cabin we rented was like a tiny house with cooking facilities, two bedrooms and a separate living room, and very cute inside. With a playground on the grounds and a short hike through a beautiful wooded area out back to a "pond" that would pass for a lake back home, the setting is perfect for relaxing and hanging out with the family. Being right on 28 also made it easy to venture in either direction to go into Hyannis, Chatham, to the beach, etc. Management was friendly and flexible. I would especially recommend the place to homeschoolers who are able to travel outside the heart of summer. We used the place as a home base to travel to Plimouth Plantation and the Mayflower II, Salem, Provincetown and other historical sites in the area and it was wonderful to "come home" to this place rather than a hotel room; we could cook our own meals, make a full pot of coffee in the morning, have room to spread out our finds from the day or work on projects, etc. And all for less than it would have cost to stay in a hotel. And, although we came alone, the number of other cabins on the property in varying sizes would make it a perfect place for a homeschooling group trip or extended family meeting up for a vacation.

            Great, Welcoming place for families!

            5 of 5
I came here for a week-long vacation with my family, not knowing exactly what to expect. We'd stayed in Yarmouth before, and had never been completely satisfied with our hotels. This place, however, was like being at the beach, but still being able to access all the great restaurants and stores in the area! The beach is only a mile walk, and there are a CVS and a Stop and Shop within walking distance. On top of that, the interiors of the cabins were brand new looking, and I felt like I was living in my own house. Even though we went to some great places near the cabins, we could have stayed on the property for the full week and be just as entertained! There's a great playground, a very clean and beautiful swimming pool, and with the sense of community brought about by bonfires every night, I've made friends that I'll have for a long time! Great place, with very clean amenities, beautiful layout, and very nice owner!
