I stayed at Sarah's Haven with my daughter and her family while some renovation was done to their nearby home. An inconvenience became an adventure for all of us, especially my six grandchildren. The house had everything we needed, even games for the children. Everything was very clean...not a speck of dust, not even on the field stone fireplace stones...amazing. While I was there we were nine altogether and never felt crowded. We enjoyed the large yard, the old fashioned swings fixed between two large trees...the kids especially enjoyed the single rope swing hanging from another nearby tree. We looked in the windows of the old machine shop and imagined how the logs became the lumber that built the main house years ago. A ten day stay turned into two weeks and Rebecca was most accommodating with the needed extension. I know that my daughter and her family are in agreement...we would not hesitate to recommend this property to family or friends...in fact would encourage it.
