We loved it!!! From the minute we pulled into the driveway, everything was in it's place. Rebecca has done an excellent job from the beach decor to her personal touches. She has thought of everything! This home is located in a prime area of the Mid Cape, close to the beach and Rte 28. We can't wait until our next visit. Thanks again Rebecca & Justin

Conveniently located cottage, had all we needed!

5 of 5
Just as described, Matt had provided nearly everything we could have needed for a "home base" to use for our week of exploring Cape Cod. Although we did see several of the bigger beaches on the cape, it was very nice to be able to make the short walk down the street to Bayview Beach. The cottage was plenty of room for just the two of us, but could easily accommodate 6 people. However, realize there is only one bathroom for ladies to get ready in the morning, but plenty of mirrors all throughout the house. Great assortment of maps/menus/local magazines, and when we arrived Matt was there to give us a thorough tour of the house and make sure we were comfortable. We were able to easily walk to the steamship authority's ferry for a daytrip to Nantucket. Also within walking distance are several restaurants around the marina. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had the time of our lives!

5 of 5
I have been going to the Cape since I was a little girl and I have to say staying at your home was one of the best experiences I have had down there. We enjoyed grilling outside and save a bundle on eating out. It was so easy to find, we couldnt get lost if we wanted to. :) We had a beautiful breeze at night and the neighborhood is so quiet. It was so nice to sit out on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning. It was also great to have a washer and dryer in the house too. I highly recommend renting this place if you are looking for a great place on the Cape and plan on renting it again very soon.. Thank you for a very delightful weekend.
