There were 5-6 of us staying in one side of the house, and we were all pleasantly surprised that it had such a stunning view right from the upper deck and den window ... It's a great spot right at the base of Swan Pond, which opens into the Atlantic Ocean, so you get views of water all around. Little islands seem to pop up when the tide is low, and then disappear at high tide. The beach area is perfect, just steps away from the house and perfect spot for kayakers, beach-goers and wind surfers ... yet small enough that it seems like your own private island beach. When we weren't busy traveling around the Cape (this is a very central location for any activity on the Cape), we enjoyed listening to the waves and seagulls, walking to the beach, watching the kayaks, wind surfers and sailboats drift by, people watching and reading or grilling on the deck. The first night we were surprised by local fireworks right outside our window! I've already decided to go back again sometime next year with family as I don't want them to miss out on such a beautiful place! The inside was nice and comfortable for the amount of people we had, and was clean ... The owners were very nice (we met them as they were staying next door) and accommodating of any requests we may have had. They were readily available by email if we had any questions prior to or during our trip. I would highly recommend this place!
