Great location & beautiful renovated accomodations

5 of 5
Kathy & Bill were wonderful owners to book our vacation with. They were absolute great people to book with. They answered all my questions that I had before we had arrived and were very informative about the place. Both my boyfriend and I haven't been to the Cape since we were young and our location where we stayed was so convenient and cozy. The place looked brand new when we first walked in the door, everything looked untouched and was spotless like no one else stayed there before we arrived. It was so close to the private beach literally a short walk across the street and had a shuttle bus that was able to bring us back and forth to Provincetown throughout each day. It was a quiet location and the view from the third floor was amazing! Everything we needed was right there. The winery was only 1.5 miles down the road and was beautiful. We also were able to catch a whale watch tour in Provincetown - definitely a must do if you haven't been on one! I would definitely recommend this studio condo and will hopefully be traveling back to the cape in the near future to stay here again! Thanks Kathy & Bill! -Suzi & Jason

Convenient quiet location tucked just off rt 6

5 of 5
Had a great experience that exceeded all expectations. Studio apartment was fully furnished from plates to pots and pans as well as sheets and towels. Plenty of sun and air with 4 skylights and plenty of windows. Grill and yard are also available with a nice patio area. Tucked away in a convenient location just off rt 6 within a couple minute walk to Truro vineyards, however maintains a private space away from all the clutter. Friendly owner who does live on site but will respect your privacy, and structure is not attached to home. Would highly recommend.

Gem on the Bay

5 of 5
My travelling companion had to cancel at the last minute so I soloed this trip. The owners had a heads up and accommodated my wish to have one of the futons up to use as a sofa. It's hard to put into words how comfortable this little cottage is. The amenities are amazing, all in one little compact abode that never felt small. Sparkling bathroom and kitchen that were fully equipped...it was perfect. The eating area had an ocean view. I bicycled into Provincetown and experienced freedom from trying to find a parking spot. The bus ran by the cottage on a regular basis. I am gluten free so I used the app on my phone and chose a destination each day to travel to to have a meal. This way I explored all the little hamlets and towns on the cape (by car). The national seashore was close by - I got to see it all and still walk the beach outside the cottage in the morning and evening. The sunsets were otherworldly, the beach combing very fruitful. I already am formulating next years' stay. This is a jewel. I loved the little private courtyard and the serene sound of birds, even the road traffic didn't deter me from keeping the windows open and enjoying the surf sounds. Thank you Sandra and Donna for providing everything needed. You thought of everything and it's so appreciated.
