PEACEFUL POND GETAWAY

5 of 5
Our party of four had a wonderful time at this lovely, spacious home, which has an incredibly large deck overlooking the Great Pond. We enjoyed grilling our dinners and swimming daily in the clear water, steps away from the house. The interior is spotless and comfortable, with a spare aesthetic, and a lovely garden. The kitchen is especially well-equipped. The owners, Cory and Daryl, were very nice and on-hand by phone to answer questions--they brought us extra floating rafts right away when we asked. I would definitely recommend this home for a restful stay in Truro. Great for kids too--has a ping pong table!

GEM ON THE BAY

5 of 5
My travelling companion had to cancel at the last minute so I soloed this trip. The owners had a heads up and accommodated my wish to have one of the futons up to use as a sofa. It's hard to put into words how comfortable this little cottage is. The amenities are amazing, all in one little compact abode that never felt small. Sparkling bathroom and kitchen that were fully equipped...it was perfect. The eating area had an ocean view. I bicycled into Provincetown and experienced freedom from trying to find a parking spot. The bus ran by the cottage on a regular basis. I am gluten free so I used the app on my phone and chose a destination each day to travel to to have a meal. This way I explored all the little hamlets and towns on the cape (by car). The national seashore was close by - I got to see it all and still walk the beach outside the cottage in the morning and evening. The sunsets were otherworldly, the beach combing very fruitful. I already am formulating next years' stay. This is a jewel. I loved the little private courtyard and the serene sound of birds, even the road traffic didn't deter me from keeping the windows open and enjoying the surf sounds. Thank you Sandra and Donna for providing everything needed. You thought of everything and it's so appreciated.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

5 of 5
Great house and great location. House is spacious and comfortable and clean. We loved how the whole house could be opened up to enjoy the ocean breezes. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the second floor balcony every morning. Our family made good use of the game room and played ping pong and air hockey every night. The Truro beaches are especially nice and uncrowded. The owner left information on how to get a sticker. We enjoyed walking to Cold Storage beach and driving to the other town Beaches. Really a lovely place.
