Great place at the Cape in a nice location near Parker River's Beach and Seagull Beach.
This house has everything you need: larger bedrooms, very large backyard, dead-end street (perfect for those with small children), and walking distance to the beach. The configuration of the living room, dining room and kitchen was perfect, as it allowed you to keep an eye on the kids at all times. Bedrooms were large and it was nice that they were on the opposite end of the house from the living areas. The sunroom/extra bedroom access was only through the largest 3-bed bedroom, however we didn't use it because we only had 6 adults and 2 children staying. The backyard was large, private and was perfect. We spent every afternoon there, and used the gas grill several times during our stay. The extra bikes (3 of them) came in handy as 1 of our bike's chains broke. We also brought too much stuff - this house already has a pull wagon (for lugging stuff to the beach), and plenty of beach chairs.
The location is great also, since it's between route 28 and the shoreline. Being the last house on a dead-end street is perfect also - very safe for the kids. It's only a 5 minute walk to Parker River's Beach, (you'll need to bike/drive to Seagull Beach). Skipper's restaurant/bar is opposite Parker River's Beach also. This is one of the better West Yarmouth restaurants.
Overall a great stay, and we will definitely return next year.
