Outstanding cottage!!

5 of 5
We just returned from our vacation on the Cape and we miss it already!! Much of the reason we had such a wonderful time is this cottage. We're a family of four and it was perfect for us! It's clean and has been recently updated throughout the entire house. We loved having a kitchen with newer appliances and the outdoor shower made for a fun, unique Cape experience. Also, being able to walk across the street and go to a saltwater pond was great--the water is warm and you can swim out and use a water trampoline--lots of fun! Ideal for kayaking as well. Another super feature of this cottage is the location. You're literally 5-6 minutes from Route 6 and being in the mid-Cape region, you have easy access to every area, including beaches. Last, but certainly not least, having Mary and Gary (the owners) right across the street was fabulous. They greeted us when we arrived, helped us with the house a few times, and even came to our aid when we had car trouble. They're friendly and do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Trust us, we did a ton of research before booking this cottage--if you have a small family/group, you will not be disappointed--we're already talking about going back!

Great place for a family!

5 of 5
We were 2 couples with teenage daughters and the setup of the house was great. The girls shared a bedroom upstairs but made the finished basement their private place. My husband loved sitting in the sunroom to use his laptop without disturbing or being disturbed by anyone. While we only barbecued one night, it was nice knowing it was available if we so desired. We made a lot of use of the kitchen table, booth to eat breakfast and to play games. It was great having a fully stocked house and laundry facilities. Everything we needed, including coolers and beach chairs, DVDs and menus, was provided. This made it so much easier to pack and we were able to do laundry while relaxing in the evening.. The location Mid-cape is ideal. We especially enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, and chipmunks at the feeder. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future trips.

Relaxing, quiet house, perfect central location!

We absolutely loved our stay - the house was a great size for 6 adults and two toddlers. Big yard for games and even a big play structure for the kids. We ate all of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was excellent. The porch was my favorite thoug
