SAGAMORE BEACH 2014

5 of 5
PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT, WELL MAINTAINED. AMAZING VIEWS.THE HOME HAD A VERY WARM FEELING AND FURNISHED MUCH NICER THAN MOST RENTALS. KITCHEN SUPPLIES WERE WELL STOCKED. WE HAD A FAMILY OF 16 AND NEVER FELT CROWDED. MANY ROOMS FOR ONE TO GO OFF TO IF THEY WANTED PRIVACY. THE BEACH WAS WONDERFUL FOR THE CHILDREN...NEVER CROWDED SO THEY COULD RUN AND PLAY AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOSING THEM. WENT DEEP SEA FISHING ONE DAY WHICH THE LITTLE ONES LOVED...LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH DINNER FOR THE NIGHT. HAD ONLY ONE DAY OF LIGHT RAIN SO WENT TO WOODSHOLE, WAS FUN FOR ALL. ONE NIGHT WE HAD A BONFIRE AND MADE SMORES. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER VACATION. ONLY ONE THING I WISH THAT THE TRAIL TO THE BEACH WAS A LITTLE LESS STEEP, BUT WE ALL MANAGED WELL. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOU BEAUTIFUL HOME.

PERFECT ESCAPE

5 of 5
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? The ocean is RIGHT THERE!!!" For my sister's bachelorette party, on a fairly cloudy weekend in June, we couldn't have asked for a better spot! Falling asleep to the sound of waves, waking up to an ocean view and wrap-around porch which allowed for salty-aired outdoor afternoons, even when it was raining. We cooked most of our meals in the wonderfully stocked kitchen and on the grill. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the beach and sweet, cozy house. For an afternoon change of scenery and some great Cape Cod lobster rolls, we drove out to The Clam Shack in Falmouth. Great deck seating and solid seafood shack menu. Tom answered all 50 of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Everyone is still dreaming of our weekend away. SO HIGHLY recommended for a Cape Cod escape with friends or family!

OUTSTANDING FAMILY REUNION VACATION

5 of 5
Extremely satisfied with the size and location of this home. And it is a home and not a cottage. The six bedrooms which slept 14 comfortably were well received by the four families who shared the home for the week. All of us were accommodated nicely. The wrap around porch and gazebo were a welcomed space that made for pleasant relaxation and/or conversation. The spacious yard was a gem to play all kinds of lawn games and had a nice blend of sun and shade. The fire pit also offered great opportunities for singalongs and family discussions as we toasted marshmallows for s'mores. Close proximity to Sagamore bridge and access to the Cape, yet no hassle traffic issues. Area is quite safe for biking and also close enough to include canal route. Plenty of very good restaurants in close proximity for the occasional venture out for lunch or dinner and a few roadside fresh fruit/veggie/seafood stands that offered delicious additions to our daily diet. The owners are extremely accommodating, as are the neighbors (who treated us like life-long friends). Everyone in our party, which includes family from California, had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations; enough so that we booked another week for 2014. We are so looking forward to adding another week of new memories.
