Perfect getaway

4 of 5
The house boat was beautiful and clean. The Kurig was nice added touch. Love that there was a grill. We went fishing then grilled our fish for dinner. There were plenty of amentities such as spices for cooking, little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and motion sickness medications just to name a few. Aiport noise is a bit noisy sometimes but manangeable. The neighbors were very nice. Really like the upper deck, we watched the sunset everynight from the deck. Would definately recommed this property for friends. Thank you Deb for a wonderful stay in Boston.

Perfect for our Cambridge stay

5 of 5
Loved this place. It was clean, inviting and spacious. Loved the sunroom. Beds were super comfortable. We stayed here after four busy days in New York so it was a perfect place to relax after a hectic few days. About a 15 minute walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, which are the closest markets if you want to loaded up on food for the place. Great public transportation straight to Cambridge Square. You can get to the T from Cambridge Square and head into Boston easily. I would definitely stay here on any return trip to Boston. Thank you Melissa for letting us stay in your lovely place.

We loved the barn!

5 of 5
We had a wonderful week at the Barn for Carnival. It's a big, clean, spacious and practical place. We grilled several times, had meals on the patio, and had our coffee in Suzanne's Garden, which feels like your yard, though it's a public garden. (The garden is absolutely beautiful, and not heavily visited, which was nice). The owners were very attentive and helpful, providing plenty of towels, sheets, and free laundry in the basement (great perk!). The beach is right there. We rented a kayak for the week and the friendly neighbors showed us where to dock it so we didn't have to bring it back up to the house. The space is close enough to MacMillan Wharf to feel connected to PTown activities (the carnival parade went right by us on Commercial Street), but far enough away to be a peaceful escape. It's a perfect place for a small group of people. We had five and were very comfortable, even with the single restroom.
