THE Place to stay

5 of 5
i have been to Boston a number of times on business and have always wanted to take my family to visit. Being a family of 6, this can be a challenge when it comes to lodging as it often requires multiple hotel rooms. This apartment was the absolute perfect answer to our quandary. Being located a short 2 blocks from The Common, we had easy access to transportation and all the sites. But, more than that, the apartment was clean and luxurious...and, for us, more importantly, spacious. A master suite for my wife and I, a guest bedroom for our 2 girls, and a spacious living room for our 2 boys was a perfect way to end each day of sightseeing. If ever back in Boston, for business or pleasure, I will certainly stay here again.

Great condo, great owners!

5 of 5
Along with our two sons (aged 11 and 14), we visited Boston for a week and stayed at this property. I have had my share of short term rentals, and this by far has been the best experience, ever. Location/Neigborhood: The property is very close to Cambridge, Harvard Square (walked a few times, 20-30 mins max), has an on-street parking permit. Great neighborhood with small cafes and shops within walking distance. We left the lights on in our rental car one night, and a helpful neighbor (hi Bruce!) helped us jump it, and we met the other next door neighbor during the process (hi Adele!). Two grocery stores nearby, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. Lots of kids in the neighborhood, everyone taking walks, running, going to the nearby park... Inside: VERY clean! Spotless! Tastefully decorated with everything labeled, and fully functional. Great taste, in my opinion, and has everything you might need. Plenty of hangers, great linens and mattresses, different types of pillows etc. Full kitchen with pots pans coffee grinder, coffee machine, teapots! Anything and everything you would need. Great entertainment system with plenty of movies and comfy couches with blankets! Feels totally home! Lots of books around, and cute decorative items such as typewriters (my kids were mesmerized). The washer and dryer work great, so pack light and do a load while there :) Owners: SO, SO sweet, attentive, lovely lovely people! Answered every email extremely quickly with all kinds of details, suggestions... Great coffee, great company, and an awesome baby! Can't wait to stay there again.

Loved this place

5 of 5
Wow, this place was great. The Commercial St location couldn't have been better. It's nestled right between the harbor and all the amazing shops and restaurants of P'town. The whole time my wife and I stayed here, we felt like we were living in a postcard. The condo itself was beautiful and well appointed. And even though it's so close to all the excitement on Commercial St, we didn't hear any outside noise while we were there. It was quiet and peaceful oasis. Just what we were hoping for. The owner, Paul, was very responsive to any correspondence leading up to and during the stay. Which was hugely important to us since this was our first Homeaway experience. If you're looking for a place to stay in P'town, I can't recommend this place enough. Oh, and did I mention there's a cocktail bar with panoramic views of the waterfront about a 30 second walk away?
