I have rented a lot of places around the world and many on Cape Cod. This is a stand-out that I would recommend to anyone and to which I hope I will get the chance to return. My husband, our adult daughter, and I spent the week of Labor Day in the first floor unit at 20 Winslow. The property is as good or better than the description and it was spotlessly clean. Two nice bedrooms with closets and drawers so you can settle in. Nice big, clean bathroom with a washer and dryer. Great living space with a fantastic kitchen with everything that you need to cook and entertain. Lobster pot and crackers included. Big granite island with chairs, open to a nice living room. Then there is a very large "sun porch" which is really a completely finished room with a large dining table and another seating area. Everything you need is provided including linens and, always a nice touch: spices, salt and pepper and a lot of basics. Look in the cabinets and frig before you grocery shop. The view from the roof deck is superior. You will never get a better view of the Monument. It was surprisingly warm the week we were there and the AC is terrific. There was a problem with the frig which was handled speedily and cause us no inconvenience. David is a great owner and really wants you to feel comfortable in his home. The location is fantastic. Two blocks to the center of town, an easy bike ride or drive to the beach, and the grocery store, liquor store and Mac's fantastic Fish Market are on the next street. There is a shed for your bikes and a gas grill, picnic table and plently of chairs right outside the door. There is another unit on the second floor which is quite similar except it has a wood stove. We only occasionally heard the upstairs neighbors and it was not a bother at all. And a huge P'town plus. There is plenty of parking. We like this place so much that I hesitate to write a review. Maybe I would rather keep it a secret. Anyway, rent without hesitation if this meets your space needs. It is great.
