Fantastic home on Cape Cod

5 of 5
Having just spent a week in this lovely home, celebrating a milestone birthday with college girlfriends, I cannot say enough about this fabulous property. The home is immaculate and contains every luxury convenience one could wish for. Spacious bedrooms with fantastic views over the marsh to the ocean, huge deck to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset and everything in between, wonderful kitchen with every appliance one could dream of including a vitamix blender so that we could counteract the lobster rolls and clam chowder (best ever provided by the home owners!) with a healthy smoothie, heated pool with a waterfall (which the owners increased the temperature on to accommodate us southern ladies of a certain age), luxury bed linens and big fluffy towels, and a state of the art sound system. Far too many amenities to list, but suffice it to say it was not easy to pry ourselves out of the house to explore the rest of the Cape. The owners provided superb guidance tho on things to do and see as well as detailed dining options. The location was close to many activities and restaurants altho I must say that simply enjoying the Briar Point house and grounds was at the top of our list of favorite things to do. The sounds of nature including many birds during the day and owls at night was topped off by a sighting of a mother fox and three kits on our last day. I would love to return to this beautiful setting with my family and can recommend this luxury home with absolutely no reservations . Simply a wonderful place to spend time with friends or family!

Our Home in Martha's Vineyard From Now On

5 of 5
We can't recommend this home enough to families who want to have every luxury of home with them while they are on a visit for a long weekend, a week's holiday or in our case, most of the summer. We have had had the opportunity to stay at other homes owned and managed by Steve and while we would similarly recommend those to others and have, this home is just perfect. From the long and private drive way, to the wonderful and welcoming landscaping, you know that you have arrived as soon as you make your way to the house. The home has been immaculately restored and expanded (understatement) and offers a family amazing amounts of space to spread out. The use of recovered wood is incredible and the ability to close off the "sleeping" portion of the house enables adults and kids a like to separate the social gatherings from the sleeping ones. Not only is Steve an attentive owner, he has arranged for a very responsive and expert care taker who responds to every need within a few hours. Of course, the real draw is the amazing pool and deck area. You could host a cocktail party or swim party of 20 back there. And the location is amazing. As members of the Field Club, we couldn't be happier with the location. It is a short bike ride or walk to town and the beach. Almost as it was perfectly situated for the compromising family. We will be staying at this home, which we think of as our home, for many years to come.

Wonderful house, great view!

5 of 5
Stayed with a group of 10 for our wedding in the area. The house is beautiful and well built, with unreal views of the mountains. A short trek to town or the trail up Greylock. Very comfortable, fantastic kitchen, 2 master bedrooms that were great, and numerous other beds and pullouts. All-in-all a great rental experience. Only tiny complaint is the door alarm announces every time a door opens which is a bit annoying.
