Comfortable well appointed, nice bathrooms

5 of 5
We could not have been more well situated in the heart of town close to everything. Well appointed kichen, comfortable living room, and attention to detail in the furnishings throughout the home. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, soap in the showers, and well stocked eat in kitchen. We would strongly consider renting this house again. The smaller of the main floor bedrooms is quite cozy and might be more suited for one person rather than two. Otherwise a wonderful stay !

Location, Location, Location

Ron was great to work with and very responsive. The place was clean and as advertized. The other reviews accurately reflect our experience. Overall, this is a great location as it is minutes to our favorite restaurants and the pier and shopping. We parked one car at the condo and paid $26 a day at the pay lot that is less than 1/2 a block away for our other SUV. The deck is really great, but if you are smoke intolerant please note that occupants of other condos and people behind businesses sometimes smoke right below which can make this less than desirable. This is no reflection on Ron or his great place - just an FYI. It is comfortable, convenient, and affordable. We will be sure to return here again.

Perfect spot for a much needed getaway!

5 of 5
We stayed at Flyer's last weekend and could not have been any happier that we found this property! The house is in a quiet location but is within walking distance to everything in town. Which was perfect for checking out all of the stores and restaurants. The inside of the house was immaculate and very charming. The views from the bedroom and living room were amazing. We spent a lot of time just sitting and watching the ocean. One of our favorite things about the house is that the beach is just a few steps out of the door. It was nice to spend a few hours on the beach and be able to go back inside whenever we got hot. I would also recommend renting Kayaks from Flyer's or taking one if their boat rides! The scenery is spectacular. The owner, John, was great! He was very helpful with any questions that we had before our stay, and was very accommodating while we were there. He even gave us a little tour of the town! I would 150% recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Cape!!
