Lovely Home, Well Maintained - Great Experience

5 of 5
I stayed at Bob and Cheryl's place for a period of four weeks mid January - mid February! Their place is very well maintained, a charming home, to say the least. Functionally, everything including the bedrooms, the kitchen, the living areas, the dining area and the bathroom are all just as advertised: neat, clean and spacious. I would recommend their place highly to everyone. It just so happened that my time-period in Plymouth coincided with the snowstorm season in the Greater Boston area. Both, Bob and Cheryl, went out of their way to ensure that any and all logistics, which were not too many in the first place, relating to snow removal and helping in parking were carried out systematically. They are very gracious folks! While I was primarily using the place as a temporary arrangement while working in the Boston and surrounding areas, I did get an opportunity to try out a coffee house and walk along the streets in Plymouth as well as along the bay. This location is perfect for anyone planning a trip to Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

I can't WAIT to go back to The Winslow!

5 of 5
We arrived late at night and our extremely gracious hostess, Heidi, made sure we were able to get to our suite quickly and easily. As soon as we woke up, we could see the harbor view out of our adorable suite. It was perfect for a romantic weekend for 2! We were traveling from San Diego, so I did a fair amount of comparing hotels, and for the price, location, service, and overall character of The Winslow House, it made our stay in Plymouth extra special. Literally one street from the water and the adorable downtown square where we enjoyed the most phenomenal lobster!! Even right across from the Mayflower! Literally within walking distance to all! I would recommend this B&B over any other for someone who wants an authentic experience of Cape Cod and can appreciate, and respect the beauty and old charm of this stunning property. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean, comfortable, in a great location.

5 of 5
The listing was just as advertised. Perfect location, two blocks from downtown, with the all the amenities as listed. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The owner responded to questions promptly and was fair in all of our dealings. We had visited Plymouth before and were looking for a place within walking distance to downtown. A quick review of Plymouth. It is not a resort town with fancy restaurants, snooty attitudes or "beautiful people" It's a great stop close to Boston, Cape Cod and Newport. The character is of nice, polite, "normal" people. There is plenty to do, from historical sites to whale watching. If you are looking at Plymouth, convenience matters and want a solid, clean, comfortable place, at a fair price, this is it.
