We stayed here for just under a week this August. Glyn was very accommodating, as we needed to arrive on a Sunday rather than a Saturday. The cottage is located right off of a main road, but it's set in a little community of other cottages that's very peaceful. We stayed in the Honeymooner (Cottage #6), which matched the description perfectly. There are lots of cute decorations, but the decor isn't overwhelming. Everything was very clean, and there were lots of hooks everywhere to hang clothing, hats, bags, etc. We loved reading on the hammock, and the outdoor shower was refreshing (there's an indoor shower, too - you can run both at the same time with plenty of hot water). There's also a picnic table, chairs, and a small charcoal grill for cooking. We almost didn't want to leave the cottage some days, as we were having an excellent time lounging around and reading.
This cottage is right over the Eastham line and is very close to shopping/restaurants in Orleans. It's also not far from the Wellfleet Drive-In/Flea Market (and a delicious restaurant called Karoo). Of course, it's also near the beaches: First Encounter, Coast Guard Beach, and Nauset Beach. We parked at the Salt Pond Visitor's Center and biked out to Coast Guard Beach; a more enthusiastic cyclist could certainly pick up the rail trail at the cottage and ride the whole way.
The only downside was that the sink water tasted pretty metallic. We were fine with using bottled water for drinking, but just thought that tip might be helpful.
Overall, a wonderful stay at an excellent price! We would highly recommend staying at this property.
