GORGEOUS, ELEGANT, YET COZY VACATION HOME!

                        5 of 5
This really is the PERFECT vacation home! The property itself is immaculate and comes with everything you need. Rick has thought of everything-- coolers, beach chairs, pool toys, etc! The pool is amazing, as my kids loved to swim and play pool volleyball. I walked to the beach in the morning, and then walked to the local cute little store for coffee. The house is gorgeously decorated, and the kitchen is a cook's dream and a wonderful family gathering place. The location is also ideal to discover the Cape. We did a short trip to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Nantucket. Then we drove up to Provincetown to go whale watching and fishing. Rick is so very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We actually can't think of anything we would change -- except to be able to stay for the summer! We hope to return!

                        INTIMATE FAMILY CELEBRATION

                        5 of 5
We had a small, intimate family celebration at the house last spring. It surpassed all my expectations; the layout of the house, along with the magnificant views seen from literally every room in the house, allowed our celebration to be truly a magical event. The house fit 12 people ranging in ages from 80 years to 6 months comfortably allowing for privacy due to the design of the house. The owner of the house is extremely helpful as well. She helped us with finding a chef and florist who were amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we had all the accommodations necessary, and that the house was ready for us when we arrived. The memories our family had at this house will last a lifetime; we all agreed!

GREAT RENTAL - SUPER LOCATION, WATER VIEWS

                        4 of 5
My husband and I, as well as our friends, really enjoyed our vacation in this great house, and the location can't be beat. The view of Meeting House Pond is beautiful, and we were able to get our kayak in the water nearby. The pool was an added plus, and was definitely used given we had glorious weather for mid September with temps in the 70's. It was nice to be able to walk to Nauset Beach Club (one of our favorite restaurants in Orleans) and a short drive up the Beach Road lands you at Nauset Beach - fantastic! We went digging for quahogs at Saints Landing in Brewster as part of the Orleans "Celebrate Our Waters" activities and had a lot of fun and wound up with a bucket full - some we made stuffed quhogs with (which came out delish) and the larger ones we used as bait for surf casting at Nauset Beach. We didn't catch any fish (the seals ate all the clams!)but we had fun any way. I'd recommend this vacation rental and plan to return myself. Thanks Peter and Joan!
