This was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard, and our first time using Homeaway, and Annie's loft helped make both experiences wonderful. Annie takes the phrase "home away from home" seriously. The loft is on the second floor, above her office, so there's a lot of privacy. We only saw Annie twice during our 7 day visit and felt as if we were staying in our own home. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main part of the loft; a short walk across the outside deck brings you to a third bedroom/guestroom and private bath. The main loft has a living room, sitting room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, two bedrooms and a second large bath. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to avoid eating out. There's a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, traditional coffee machine, coffee grinders, tons of dishes, glasses for all your drinking needs, utensils, vases in case you desire fresh flowers and a lot of storage space. We live in Manhattan, where our kitchen is tiny, so we were quite content in Annie's kitchen! There are a lot of windows, so we rarely turned on lights during the day. A lot of seating, so if you're a family, you can gather around the kitchen table or find your own quiet spot in the living room and sitting room. Televisions in the living room, guestroom and larger bedroom - we only used them a few times to check the news. I'm not sure my husband and I have relaxed this much on vacation in 20 years! Highly recommended. We hope we'll be able to book the loft again in the future. We think it'd be a perfect place to stay with our nieces if they visit in May or September (when the Vineyard isn't as crowded as summer).
