Big City Living In... the Country - We Loved It Here!!

              5 of 5
First and foremost, you could not ask for a more accommodating, generous, and kind host. I would liken the client service to a white glove Michelin Star restaurant. The staff seems to appear when you need them but never is intrusive. Tom is simply first class. The home is expansive. HUGE. But, the spirit of family that permeates the home with all its knick knacks and family photos makes it feel extremely cozy. Personally, I love to cook. Whole Foods is a quick and easy drive up the street. Literally, 4.4 miles. And there kitchen is every chef's dream. It has the space (the kitchen is larger then most NYC apartments) and is fully stocked with all anyone needs to make a scrumptious gourmet meal. Once the meal is complete you can enjoy it on the deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds. The Harvard Square like atmosphere is a short walk from the home. The people in the community are helpful, and genuinely kind. It was surprising to discover so many varied restaurants that cater to the farm-to-table cuisine my wife and I demand as part of our whole plant nutritional lifestyle. We missed nothing in this little community. Frankly, there was a moment we considered staying for good. We will be back again, and again. I would highly recommend a visit. Tom will leave the lights on for you!!

              Beautiful, Immaculate, all needs anticipated

              5 of 5
Christopher made check in easy; all needs were anticipated and listed in the check in book. House was immaculate and tastefully furnished in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and wonderful, but an easy walk to Smith or downtown. Front porch and rear garden / grilling area were wonderful places to spend time. Wonderful kitchen with every convenience and all the important cooking equipment. Only seating for four in dining room, which would make it kind of cramped for people planning dinner with all three bedrooms full (6 people). More than enough room for us, though.

              Peaceful haven

              5 of 5
We spent the weekend at John and Jim's beautiful and comfortable home - too short a stay. The garden patio and views were simply beautiful and the house comfortable and well-equipped. Our hosts were always on hand to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Echoing others, would recommend without hesitation.
