Classic Cape Cod Charm

5 of 5
My family and I stayed at this quaint, clean, and cozy cottage for the month of December. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay! I loved the wide pine flooring and the spacious master bedroom and bathroom while my kids loved the bunk bed room. Maushop Village is very charming and the nearby beach is beautiful. It also links up with lots of nice walking trails. Nearby Popponesset Village looks like it has some neat little shops and ice cream/pizza eateries but it was closed for the off season. Joan is awesome! She is excellent at responding to any questions/ phone calls and emails. She has lots of good advice on the area's grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. In summary, I would highly recommend this property. My family and I are hoping to return someday!

A great time

5 of 5
Our family of 4 had a great time here. It has all the amenities we could hope for, from the large lobster pot to the pails/shovels/swimboards for the kids to play on the beach. The village is very quaint and car access is limited so the kids would ride their bikes freely in the evening. There is a large common yard in the back where the kids from different families would play together. The beach is literally 200 steps away and the view from the bedroom balcony is gorgeous. Cape Cod is large and we travelled daily to various spots to ride the bike trails with the kids (all wonderful). Looking forward to coming back.

Perfect summer getaway!

4 of 5
The townhouse was perfect! Immaculate inside and out and perfectly furnished. We felt instantly at home as soon as we arrived. Loved staying near the golf course - the setting was beautiful and quiet. The Pool was steps out our front door and very well maintained. The Market Place was so convenient - you never need to leave. Having the Mashpee Commons within a 7 minute drive was perfect. Great shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre. Exceeded our expectations and would definitely return. Thank you!
