The house was exactly what we were looking for!

5 of 5
Elegant home with space for all of us as we celebrated our boys graduation from Salisbury School. Location was perfect, close to the school and Great Barrington. Large kitchen/living space, ample bedrooms with comfortable beds, and wonderful grounds, perfectly manicured with a relaxing pool area. We would highly recommend this property

We Really Love This House

5 of 5
Second year in a row we have spent part of the holiday season here. This is the plan: my friend visits from Paris and we do NYC shopping and dining and then we make our escape. New Marlborough is turning the volume way down. The whole Berkshires experience is kind of like going back in time. And it is not a compromise. On the contrary, you slow life down and it is indulgent. The house is charming with a fabulous eat-in country kitchen. Like living in one of the nostalgic illustrations at The Norman Rockwell Museum in nearby Stockbridge. Menus can get pretty fancy since fresh gourmet product is available at Guido's, Rubiners and Bizalions in Great Barrington. We dined on home cooked quail, rabbit, pheasant not to mention the cheeses, charcuterie and wines. Old Inn on the Green’s restaurant is excellent in a romantic atmosphere of old time New England. For a coffee break or morning pastry Southfield Store/Cafe is a 5 minute drive. Great base for day hikes and daytrips exploring parts of 4 states: CT, NY, VT, and of course MA. Everything seamless in all the arrangements thanks to ever attentive Jenny. Left our hearts in the heart of the Berkshires!

Fantastic, secluded getaway

5 of 5
We just came back from a fantastic week at Pinnacle Farm. The house was completely charming and comfortable, and the grounds were lovely. The house is situated on a hill, overlooking the rolling hills and valleys beyond, and given that the house's back yard area faces west the sunsets were spectacular. The pool was large and has the same views across the hills. I don't play tennis, but several of my friends do and love the courts and the grounds around. The kitchen was well-appointed and spacious, and there were plenty of linens, towels, etc. Literally a home away from home. It is very close to Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Lenox etc. so to go shopping or take a day trip to visit historic sites was very easy. I wish I were still there! Can't wait to get back to Pinnacle Farm.
