Blissful, very appropriately named property

5 of 5
The week flew by. We started each morning on the deck with coffee overlooking the beautiful gardens. So perfect, almost surreal. Great location for day trips to town, beach, bike paths. We loved spending time in the heated salt water pool, cooking in the spacious gourmet kitchen & ending the perfect day with cocktails by the outdoor fireplace. All three generations loved it here. Thank you, Robin, for sharing your beautiful fairy-tale like true home with us. You were a gracious, responsive host & Amanda was wonderful and always available when we needed her.

Great place, great location, great island!

We stayed at this place with some good fiends to enjoy the annual Nantucket "Christmas stroll." Everyone agreed this place was really fantastic. Nantucket is the most charming, quintessential New England island you can imagine, and this property really maximized our enjoyment of the island. The property is wonderful: it's tastefully decorated in a "Nantucket style" (if you don't know what that means you will when you get there) that is warm and charming. The furniture is cozy and the and beds are comfortable. All the appliances are brand new. We didn't get to enjoy the pool (in Dec?) but it's clearly a great setup with a wonderful pool house. We were tempted to jump in! It's a great location. It's a pleasant stroll into town, which is really beautiful. Plenty of shopping, food, and drinks. Although it's close to town in a nice community, when you're in the pool area you can't see any other houses, so you have a lot of privacy. You get the benefits of being close to town without feeling like you're in a crowded community. And the ocean is a only a short drive in many directions. Beautiful beaches and really interesting landscapes. Our bottom line: We plan to come back every year, in both the summer and for the Stroll, and we're going to stay at this place for sure -- Please don't rent it the weekends we plan to be there! :)
