AMAZING PROPERTY WITH EVERYTHING

5 of 5
Everything about this property was amazing. A day after confirming my reservation Sharon sent me at least 8 attachments with lists of restaurants, activities, directions, stores, and just about everything you can do on Martha's Vineyard. She was prompt in responding to my questions and even had the hot tub and fireplace running and ready for our arrival. I overlooked one of the attachments with the directions to the house from the ferry and she took the time to write-out a short cut in another e-mail. Upon arriving the exterior and interior were beautiful, not one complaint. The interior was clean, updated, and comfortable; she really made us feel like we were at home. The location of the house is also great. You are within walking distance to the beach, the infamous gingerbread homes, a downtown shopping/dining district, and a grocery store. We followed her customized "Activities Recommendations" and went to see the Aquinnah cliffs around sunset. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip offering a beautiful view of the ocean, a historic lighthouse, and the notorious cliffs. In addition to everything noted above Sharon prides herself on providing everything you may need while there and she certainly was true to her word. She even texted me after the first night to see if there was anything else she could do for us. Finally, for the price this place was a steal. Her rates are extremely fair and you definitely get more than you pay for with this rental. I have nothing but great things to say about this property and Sharon was an amazing host. I would recommend this rental 10/10 times!

Another Great Visit

5 of 5
This was our second stay in the third floor unit and it felt like we were at home. So clean, comfortable and conveniently located to everything. We cannot wait to go back in 2015!

Fantastic place

5 of 5
I stayed in the upstairs apartment for two weeks in October and it was perfect. It's not huge, but beautifully maintained, and great for one or two people - and ideal as a writing retreat. It's right off the main business district of Oak Bluffs so no car is required and everything is at your doorstep. And Sharon (the owner) is absolutely cool and relaxed and great fun to hang out with - and always available in case of problems. The kitchen is small but with all necessities and totally suited my needs - with a funky vintage stove/sink/fridge combo unit. Plus, there's a back deck for warmer months. I definitely recommend it.
