Very nice place to stay.

4 of 5
My husband and I stayed here in June 2014 with our two kids (ages 14 and 12). They shared the room with 2 twins and we had the room with the King bed. It was a little warm in the bedrooms, but they do have an air conditioner in our room and the kids had a fan. The spiral staircase to get up to the rooms was a little tough to navigate with the suitcases, but we managed ok. Also, you park below the condo so you need to walk up stairs to get to the condo. The condo was very clean. Air conditioner downstairs was good to have since it was warm when we were there. The kitchen is small and narrow but perfect for our needs (we didn't do any cooking) since we just had cereal for breakfast and made sandwiches for lunches. The downstairs bathroom had the washer and dryer which was very convenient to wash the towels that you need to bring since the linens aren't provided. Prepare yourself for lots of owls in that room! The owner must love them! There is a TV and DVD player in the living/dining room (but unfortunately, we never could figure out how to get the DVD player to work). Where the condo is located, it's pretty close to things. It's about a 2-3 minute walk down to the Tennis court and the pond. When driving out of the complex, if you take a left, you'll arrive at a Stop and Shop in about 5-6 minutes. If you take a right, you'll be at Circuit Ave in Oak Bluffs (lots of great shopping and places to eat!) in about 8 minutes. There is a really nice shared yard space. We played some wiffle ball there (which we brought) and went on the swings. I do recommend checking out the tennis courts too. We brought our own rackets and had a blast. We would definitely stay here again. It is a very nice little condo and we weren't disappointed.

Family from Montclair, NJ

We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom. It was comfortable, afforded some privacy and had basic amenities. The kitchen opens onto a pleasant porch/deck area, which is ideal for hanging wet towels and bathing suits. One of the very best features is having the pool right outside of the front entrance. The pool is lovely and fun, with pool toys and tables, chairs and chaise longues conveniently available. The lighting in the condo is nice, as are the bedrooms. There is sufficient AC if needed. There were only a couple of downsides, which are easily fixed. There were only 3 towels---we brought a couple and should have brought more...but having a few additional onsite would also have been nice. Also, the carpet gets dirty easily. There is a vacuum onsite...so no big deal, though a deep cleaning would work wonders. All told, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely quiet place by the pool.

This place is nice a quiet, perfect for young kids. Close from down town so it's easy to move around the island if you are thinking on using public transportation. The place is a little outdated and the beds are uncomfortable to sleep in but it was ok. The washer didn't work while we were there but there is a Comunity laundry room so that wasn't a big problem. Just the furniture should be all change for better ones !
